    We only book travel for our private members, but we work with everyone to provide our itinerary services.
  • How do I become a member?

  • How do I book the travel indicated on your itinerary if I am not a member?
    Book online, using your travel points or miles, or your favorite travel agent, or we can refer you to one of our travel partners.
  • What is included in your pre-planned and custom itineraries?
    Our pre-planned and custom itineraries may include the following components, if applicable to the destination. Hotel Recommendations Flight Recommendations Transfers / Transportation Activities & Excursions Cruises Restaurant Recommendations Shows & Entertainment Tours & Tickets Custom itineraries take into account your specific travel dates, your departure city, and your budget, and we work with you to plan the best itinerary for you or your clients.
  • Can your pre-planned itineraries be customized for me?
    Yes! We work on a trip-by-trip basis with a flat rate, which is dependent on the trip request. Contact us for a quote to have one of our pre-planned itineraries customized. Quotes vary by destination, number of travelers, and duration of the trip.
  • Can I request a custom itinerary?
    Yes! We work on a trip-by-trip basis with a flat rate, which is dependent on the trip request. Contact us for a quote to have a travel itinerary personalized to you. Quotes vary by destination, number of travelers, and duration of the trip.
  • Can I make a change to my custom itinerary?
    Yes! We work with you to make sure your itinerary meets your needs for the perfect trip. Additional charges may apply.
  • I already know the hotel I want, can you advise on other itinerary components, ie: activities, restaurants, etc.?
    Yes! If you already know some components you would like in your custom itinerary, such as a specific hotel or a specific activity or tour, we will plan the itinerary to include those items while adding on additional components to create a complete trip.
  • How do I use your service as a travel advisor?
    We assist travel advisors with the time-consuming task of itinerary planning and research. We work with advisors on an hourly basis as a virtual assistant working on various itineraries. Travel advisors are responsible for booking reservations based on our itineraries for their clients through their preferred vendors or suppliers.
  • As an advisor, what can I request help with during my service hours?
    We can help with one or more full itineraries, depending on the amount of hours purchased, or we can work on individual components of an itinerary for you, such as a hotel recommendation or a restaurant recommendation in a particular destination.
  • How many itineraries can I request based on the hourly package I purchase?
    We work on one itinerary at a time, based on priority, but we will accept multiple itinerary requests. Hours spent on itinerary planning will vary based on the specific request as some trips take longer to plan than others.
  • How do I schedule my service hours?
    During your purchase of an hourly package, you will use our calendar function to schedule when you would like your hours completed.
  • After I purchase and schedule my hours, how do I submit my request?
    Requests must be submitted by email only, after you purchase and schedule your time.
  • How do you track the hours I purchased?
    We use Toggl to track the hours logged toward your purchase.
  • What if I need to cancel some or all of my purchased hours?
    If we haven't started working on your service hours, we can cancel your hours and refund less 50% of your total. If we have already started working on your service hours, we do not offer any refunds.
